The Hotel Villa Tiziana is a welcoming structure strategically located in the island of Lido of Venice. St. Mark's is reachable by boat in 10 minutes, the beach few steps away, Santa Lucia Railway Station is just few kilometres away, as well as the A27 highway, and Venice Airport Marco Polo.

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL
FROM THE AIRPORT
From Venice Airport Marco take the shuttle boat service ALILAGUNA which will
directly bring you to the island of the Lido of Venicec. At the Lido take the
ACTV buses "A" or "B" to ALBERONI and get off at the 2nd stop. Crossed the
bridge, opposite the chemist's, you will find the Hotel Villa Tiziana.
While, if you arrive at the airport of Treviso, take the ATVO bus to PIAZZALE
ROMA, Venice. From here take the public boat service no. "51" or "61" and get
off at Lido stop (end of the line).
From here the ACTV buses "A" or "B" to ALBERONI and get off at the 2nd stop.
Crossed the bridge, opposite the chemist's, you will find the Hotel Villa
Tiziana.
FROM THE RAILWAY STATION
From "Santa Lucia" Station take the public boat service no. "51" and get off at
Lido stop (end of the line). At the Lido take the ACTV buses "A" or "B" to
ALBERONI and get off at the 2nd stop. Crossed the bridge, opposite the chemist's,
you will find the Hotel Villa Tiziana.
FROM THE HIGHWAY
At the A4 exit, follow signs to Venice. After crossing the bridge "Ponte della
Libertà " linking the mainland to Venice, follow signs to TRONCHETTO, here you
will find ferry boats to the island of Lido. There is a ferry boat leaving every
50 minutes from 6,40 a.m. to 12,25 p.m.
